Ice cream and gossip

On/off migraines continued today. Not sure if it's the aftermath of tonsillitis/stress or what really but soldiered on regardless.

Could have done with Squidge being a bit less like hard work. Another bad night's sleep and she was a grouchy thing all morning. Kept trying to keep her amused with new activities (see Playdoh in the garden) and the water table while I did housework. But all I wanted to do was close my eyes in a dark room for an hour.

She perked up by afternoon and we met up with friends with babies on maternity for ice creams and gossip in Beech Road Park. Made some plans for a Chorlton send off (sob) as our moving date is fast approaching.
