City of Gold

With Annie continuing her working week in Edinburgh, it was the usual working day for me (Chris) in London and one best forgotton. Frustations in every direction. It also meant I left the office very late and feeling very uninspired. I walked from London Wall to the Thames. Timing turned out to be good as the sun was dipping away. This was the view from Waterloo Bridge, the peaks of the city skyline highlighted in lovely golden light. Quite satisfying after all.
