'Cliff Top View....

......of Eastbourne. It's been a windy day..the weather is due to change this weekend. The monstrosity of a building on the left is South Cliff Tower, a nineteen storey building (flats).......built in 1965. How it was ever approved is anyone's guess...you either love it or hate it! Bet you can guess how I feel!
