Dragon on The Mile

I hadn't been up to the castle for ages so I thought I'd head up there and maybe get a Blip. It was another brilliantly sunny day which makes taking photos tricky (I either get big black shadows in my shots or lens flare). On the way I spotted two dragon carvings in the entrance to one of the courtyards just off the mile, I snapped a couple shots assuming that they were fairly modern decorations. I was rather surprised to find this article which says they actually date back to the 1890's
