Down By The River

A good mix of pictures today, but I will leave this one from an outing on the mountain bike at lunch.  I am lucky to have this just by the office.  Though I have been more inclined to use the road bike in the past few years, Spring time with the flowers and wysteria in bloom by the river can't be beat!

Interesting exercise to go look for MTB pictures from this stretch of the river.

The canal path has now been taken under the name of the Leonardo [da Vinci] Ecomuseum of Adda, and this photo is from the Sanctuary of the Madonna of the Rocchetta.  The custodiam was there today and had it open waiting on a scolastic Group.  So I got a free tour which was interesting to see how many dignitaries and other religious figures have been through here.
