Tree full of Blue Heron

As I sat by the bay, I saw many blue herons flying over and going toward a group of fir trees. I went over to the area on the hill with the trees and saw that the trees were almost all white. There were twenty or more heron on nests up in those trees; I got a sore neck looking up at them. One was flying often to get twigs for his nest; others were very active in their nest, some were almost out of sight. Very fun watching.

This photo is NOT great but it shows some of the birds up in the tree. I have a great memory!
