Small Tortoiseshell

Walking round the small pond in Queen's Park this morning when just in front of my feet landed this small tortoiseshell butterfly. It's never easy getting a good shot when I have the two dogs in one hand and only one hand to operate the camera. Sometimes there is a handy bench where I can tie up the dogs but sadly none near the wee pond.
