Not an IT guy

Who? Me. Unfortunately I lack the knowledge of IT.

Had no idea at the beginning of the day that I would spend 14 hours just being involved in our company's IT system. Speaking in English to people in HongKong about the issues we were facing, and then explaining it to internal IT guys in Japanese to actually solve it.
Not the most efficient way of working, but there was no other choice.

At least I should appreciate I can add value to this team of six by speaking in English.

Just the starting point of the everything. Hope the overall work we are doing/will do will result in some kind of success in the future.
