blood taken this morning which i have done every month tidying up done well most of it any way the rest will wait till tomorrow.

Me molly and Keith went down the front for our usual walk and cup of tea. This afternoon is a bit dull then the last few days have been it even looked like rain, but it has not as yet.

I am out to my book club to night so a new book to start.
