A perfect day off
I had the most amazing lunch at l'Escargot Blanc today. The owner, Fred Berkmillar cooked an 6 amazing course for myself and two "boys" showing us what could be created with offal (in the main). I was very, very full, but couldn't turn down dessert!
We had heart, tongue, kidney and steak. This is Wagyu bavette - a particular cut of meat.
