Ready

With a lot of help from parents and colleagues, I spent an enjoyable afternoon preparing the books booth for our school bazaar tomorrow. Strangely, three days ago my classroom assistant recommended a book for me to read. Today, another colleague found it and passed it on to me, saying, "I think you really should read this book. It was written for you." The book is Born To Run by Christopher McDougall. I began reading it on the train journey home and I am already hooked. A few years ago I discovered Dean Karnazes' book Ultramarathon Man at the bazaar and reading that changed my life. Coincidences? There is no such thing.
