I am moving upmarket! Well only by default as I live across the road from this new development.

I have been walking past this hoarding on my very short commute to work for many months now and probably will be doing for another year at least until it is all built.

I thought to myself recently though - who decided that this will be Winchester's most exclusive new address? How can they substantiate that claim?

One for the advertising standards authority perhaps?

All I do know for sure is that it is another housing development with no affordable housing
