Signs of Spring. The cherry trees at the ferry pier are white with blossom, but their beauty is so short lived. Already there are drifts of white among the clumps of faded daffodils. There's a metaphor in there somewhere, I think! Charlie just wants me to take the d----- photo and get moving again!
