Bike training
This weekend we should have been riding the 67 miles of the Etape Loch Ness http://www.etapelochness.com. But my fall of 5 weeks ago and my separated shoulder has put paid to that. I'm pleased to have full range of movement already, but my shoulder strength is poor so there's no way I can lean on handlebars for any length of time. However, given the forecast is for it to be cold with maybe some sleet or snow in Inverness on Sunday, maybe there is a silver lining to my cloud!
So I'm opting for a different kind of bike training tonight. Does raising a glass count as strength training?
