TGIF

Finally got round to trying out Aizle-new restaurant that has a set menu of very unusual, seasonal local produce. This was the fish course: Loch Awe sea trout, verjus, grapes, horseradish foam and secret herb flowers. Delicious, like all the other courses.
Good end to yet another frantic day with added interviewing....thank goodness it's the weekend!
