Cherub outside Two Temple Place.
Had expected to be doing last Whitehall tour with the language students today but not all the groups turned up so I didn't need to (although I still get paid!) Took the opportunity to do a quick recce of my upcoming Embankment walk.
Chanced on the 'Cotton to Gold' exhibition at Two Temple Place - an interesting display of 'treasures' collected by the cotton magnates of the north-west.  Also a chance to visit the spectacular house which is rarely open to the public and always worth seeing (even though I've visited before).
