We had our annual office grudge match today. Tuesday night group (blue) vs Thursday night (red).

I managed 20 mins in each half - combination of the heat and the young whippets on the opposition.
I got astro-rash & a sore knee for my troubles.
Definitely a young mans game.
We lost 4-2 for anyone who's interested. Well done team Kinnell
