Erythroniums

Such beautiful nodding flower heads, I think these have to be my favourite of all the spring flowering plants.  Spotted in our neighbours' garden while we were having a chat and a coffee.  

Lucky Ollie was meanwhile enjoying a ham and egg pie!  B had made one for their dinner, and with the bits left over made a little one for Ollie!  Amazingly at his health check at the vets', he actually weighed two kilos less than last year, down to 24kgs.  Obviously these little treats from B  aren't doing him any harm!
