Church BBQ

Yay, Martin's back from New York!!!! So good to be a complete family again. He managed to change his flights to arrive 12 hours earlier than scheduled :)

Our church had its April BBQ today up at Nam Shan Country Park and we really couldn't have asked for a more perfect day. I tried to capture some of the light beaming through the trees and on the grass as it looked so perfect.

Hong Kong style of BBQ is cook your own meat. So sausages, chicken wings, steak and pork are provided as well as skewer forks, and you just cook what you would like over the coals. Makes for a lovely day out and Martin did make it out too.
