La Vie En Rose

So, the Sant Jordi Rose which started its journey two days ago in Barcelona and travelled via Rome (see my last two blips), was presented to Dd in Cairo today! And she gave me three lovely books in exchange.

I didn't get to the flat until nearly 3 am and so the start to today was leisurely. We visited a bazaar of sorts Downtown that was geared to young entrepreneurs with a tech leanings and also some fair trade crafts. We then adjourned to one of the famous local cafes that we had never found before. It had seen better days for sure. Going to try and use the extra photo function but it seems a bit reluctant to work.
