Home Roast
This past week I've been roasting coffee each night. An eight pound sampler of green beans from Central/South America and Africa. Brewing has been fun, too. The favorite so far is the Ethiopian Agaro that I roasted to a full city strength. Nothing like a Saturday cup of coffee. Or five.
