Off on holidays.....

The emotions I feel at start of the holidays is a bit like this picture..... Multi layered. On the one hand there is the joy of being free from the old routine , going to discover a new place and seeing new things. And yet on the day of departure that is always tinged with the complete exhaustion of getting everything ready and organized and making sure we haven't forgotten anything important and the apprehension of the journey.......
