Flying down the A4
CH and I have just arrived home from four days in Budapest, and of the few shots I took today this is the one I like best. Londoners will immediately recognise Kensington; for those who don't know this area, the round building is the Royal Albert Hall, and the oblong one with the imposing entrance is the Natural History Museum. The green area behind the Albert Hall is Kensington Gardens, with the Albert Memorial and the Round Pond, and partly visible over on the far left of the shot Kensington Palace; the curve of water on the right is the Serpentine, with Hyde Park beyond it. I'll add a map link, in case it's of interest.
Tomorrow I'll start to sort out the photos I took in Budapest and back-blip them. I'll also take a look at your journals, to see what you've been up to while I was away - I hope you've all been behaving!
Right now I'm off to collapse in a heap...
