Last day

Last day of the school holidays today & also of Noodle being a Manchester hound.
Ferguson & I met up with Irene & Bentley for some friend catch up time before heading home to squeeze in s little work.
I collected Noodle's beginnings whilst she observed me looking perplexed & then Alex picked us up to head to Hull.
It was fun to see her playing in the garden (despite her dip in the pond) & I felt glad that she will have a home where she can still be visited & will be loved & played with too. It's made parting with her much less of a sad affair.
Admittedly, I have had a very love-hate relationship with her but she does hold a place in my heart.
