Europe Holiday Day 14

This was also high on my "MUST DO" list - did the Scotch Whisky Experience. A tasting session was included and a certificate issued on completion - I believe that means I am now authorised to taste and compare as many single malts as I can lay my hands (mouth) on.  Pictured is a small collection of the worlds largest whisky collection.  The bottles are all unopened, however the angels have taken more than their share on quite a few.  I knew that evaporation affected barrels but was concerned to discover that it can also happen after bottling so will need to ensure I don't let mine disappear in that fashion - can think of better ways.
