I have felt pretty rough today and have struggled to get anything positive done. I watched K's football match from the top of the hill leaning against a tree.

Tracey did save me a dinner which I ate late afternoon before taking Dan out to Mum & Dad's to cut the lawns for them.

Cal visited & I took this shot of his Saxo while walking the garden.

This evening I watched some brilliant MotoGP racing from Argentina.
