'Olga & Her Oils'

Todays bike ride to Westerfolds park to have a bbq with friends was cancelled due to drizzly conditions, but we ended up having a bbq at Sam & Howards house, along with Chantel & Bernard. Both other couples have 2 boys, so Bella was feeling a bit left out.

Sam was great with her and they made some chocolate cupcakes together. Then all families sat down to play one of Soren's board games which was fun. Adults v's the kids, we won of course.

Spent the afternoon ironing all of my work shirts while watching a fascinating documentary called Finding Vivian Maier which I'm sure some of you photographers out there will have already watched, and if not I highly recommend it.

Olga also visited this afternoon to spend some time with MsMun going through all of her essential oils. I joined in for the last half an hour or so and got to try quite a few of them too. So much to learn about the healing powers of these natural oils, in fact Olga was explaining how she has now thrown away all of their traditional medicines and now only uses her oils as remedies. I'm looking forward to giving a few of these a go. She has such a calming persona, we will miss her and Sohail once they move to Brisbane.
