SiMBA garden at Saughton Park

Another beautiful spring day, so I went to the park again. I hadn't been to the bit behind the greenhouses before, and I came across this SiMBA (Simpson's Memory Box Appeal) Tree of Tranquility. It's not that easy to make out in this picture, but people who've lost babies can get metal leaves engraved with a message or memory and have them attached to the tree. The tree continues to 'grow' as they gradually add more. A nice idea, and it's a peaceful wee corner of the park. :-)
