much better than that, this is the Crinan Puffer, 8.5 miles along the Crinan Canal. I think you'd be hard pushed to find a better venue.

150 runners competed on this sunny cold breezy day. Lots of hail showers too so I didn't stay long at the finish line.

This is my GP finishing in good style.

Off out tonight to book club. We did a very unknown short story book by a writers group but I'm afraid I was a little naughty and didn't read it. No marks for me tonight.
