Watching others exercise!

Today I have watched some of my nearest and dearest exercise under a cloudless blue sky. Watched Josh run 1500m in Sheffield Festival of Athletics (2nd in U20) Lunch at Dad's. Then an hour of stick throwing for Ziggy at Ladybower - I got soaked too!
