Mowing Week 3
Up at 6, walked 17.5km in preparation for the 100km walk in 11 weeks. It was fine, done in 2 hours 38 mins. Back of my left knee a little swollen and tender, I just need a calf massage as they are like bricks!
Home for porridge, caught some of the London Marathon, then sorted stuff in the house before heading out to buy dog food. Back. Mowed the lawn. Walked the dogs. Cooked. Ate. Worked. Packed for school. Now time for an early bed!!!
