Stroll!

New month, bright warm day, what more can you ask for?

This is me having a wee stroll back from collecting the script from the doctors at work today.

Not much to report tho, apart from doing my back in lifting bleach haha, I should have not listened to Peter Griffen teaching me how to power lift, 'see you gotta lift with your back, not you legs, and use a sharp, jerking ,twisting motion'
