Afternoon stroll

Went for a walk through Idle Valley Nature Reserve.
Lovely late afternoon stroll.
One of the photos shows the work being done to redirected the route of the river Idle to prevent flooding.
We passed lots of dog walkers.
The sun was still very warm into early evening.
At least it got Max away from the TV for a couple of hours.
