Too many influences...

Loved Masterchef and wanted Simon to win. Cleared out some cupboards today and had an excess of 1/4 full packets of pine, sunflower and sesame seeds plus various herbs and about a dozen lemons. Made a lovely pesto and grilled some new asparagus, served with bruschetta. Tried to plate nicely but decided that serving hot was more of a priority!
