Birthday Pink

Today was Miss Pink's 6th birthday, it only seems like yesterday that I wrote about her first birthday.  Today though was her first birthday on a school day, and it felt odd, she went to school quite happily, but I like to share every minute of my babies birthdays. She wore her mummy made birthday badge to school. But they didn't sing happy birthday, so we sang it three times at home instead!
After school we had a lovely flurry of friends and family popping in to see the birthday girl. She had some beautiful presents, and was a very happy girl. We had our now traditional fish and chips for birthday tea and birthday cake for pudding, all shared with Nana, Grandpa, and Grandma. My little six year old, went to bed happy and tired out!

Tomatoes, fruit, brioche, fish fingers, and lemon cake

 creating her own "look"
 church, especially if there's biscuits and her friend Eve there too
her friends and her family, especially her grandparents
drawing, and making up stories
going for mummy shopping trip in town ( a little bit of shopping and lots of tea and cake stops)
playing Disney Infinity with her brother

people being unkind
being rushed
people not taking care of her things!!!
being told off
any food her big brother doesn't like !
pasta
swimming lessons
"Thursday school dinner"


Now she : 
is in Y1 at school, goes to Rainbows and two after school activities, 
can draw pictures with complex stories to accompany them - mostly involving princesses and unicorns
has lots of empathy with others and is very caring and protective of her friends

And still gives the most amazing cuddles.
