A final farewell...........

to "the Wanaka tree", the Wanaka and Kiwi blippers, and the other Aussies who made it over the ditch.

What a fabulous weekend we have had. It was as though we had known each other for ever (not just on blip!)
A nicer bunch of people you could not meet!!

I went to the tree with Jensphotos for the sunrise, along with many, many other photographers. Rainie, Beckett, ginger nan, wipasnapper among them. It was discussed that we should ALL blip the tree AGAIN!! So, as it rained solidly all the way from Wanaka to Geraldine, here is my farewell to wonderful Wanaka. Thank you all so much for showing us your glorious neck of the woods, and for your generous hospitality, especially, Snowy, Tussock Tales and Mumma Hen xx
