First Light

We're home and its raining - good raining.

I was back at "the tree" again this morning for the sunrise (along with dozens of others) - a lot of them went fortunately, when the sun started to show its best colours.  Jensphoto, Ninnex, Beckett, wipasnappa, spikes, gingernan arrived in dribs and drabs - we decided we should all blip the tree for the last time.   The light this morning was stunning.  I've seen the tree in many moods over the weekend, there are four very different ones showing on front page of Popular as I type.

After lots of overnight rain the lake had risen considerably - this is two days ago.

This weekend spent with 25 blippers along with partners has really been a wonderful & fun experience, something we both will remember for ever......blippers are a special group of people, there is no doubt. Thank you to everyone - combining together to make an extraordinary weekend.
