Chiiiiiiiiiiiiips!
Back from the speedway (we won -yay!) and some tasty chips with 'broon' sauce. Now, most people probably put vinegar on their chips but in Edinburgh and the surrounding towns (some, not all), we put sauce on them. As far as I know, it's brown sauce with vinegar added to thin it down. When my sister moved to Ayrshire she missed her chippy sauce so much, I bought her a big bottle as part of her Christmas present! Mmmmmmmmm
