Trying so hard.

I have been running nearly 12 months. Today I ran/walked to the gym, did an hour of cross training and ran home.

I am narked that as my exercise increases so does my weight. Yes I know muscle weighs more than fat but it's annoying me.

Even though I swore I would never try another diet I am attempting the 5:2. I want to drop a stone. I will then be at the top end of my BMI then but in a healthy range. How many times have I tried. It is depressing.,
