MonoMonday:Fire

Once again a great subject for MonoMonday, I tried a few ideas and was going to drive to a recent fire ground but suddenly there was smoke on the horizon to the north and bingo perfect for MM!!

It was a bushfire not far to the north of us in Ellen Brook and was eventually brought under control with no loss of property thank goodness!

Late this afternoon we headed down to the river and luckily we took the insect spray as the mosquitoes were everywhere and they were HUGE!! The tide was in much higher than we've seen before and all our little tiny 'beach' spots were knee deep in water.

Toto has finally started to be a bit more obedient and so we let him off the lead to run free today and he was very good. He loves the water now and hard to believe that just a year ago he was scared of it! My second shot for today is of Toto loving his freedom, if it uploads that is, it does seem to take a while grrr!! :))
