Fit bit
Daniel and I just got fit bits recently to compete with each other on the number of steps taken per day but also because they track our sleep and we have had problems feeling rested in the morning. This is a graph that shows the periods I was awake (red), asleep (dark blue) and teal (restless). It turns out that I was in bed for eight hours and 26 minutes but I only got 2 hours and 21 minutes of actual sleep without being restless.
