Another morning at the dining room table in the flat when I needed strong wifi, before a concentrated afternoon at the café to write a first draft user's guide to a coaching product I'm thinking about launching. I hope to trial run it with someone who will apply the product to me on Thursday, so he needs a guide . . . nothing like the last minute, but it is the way I spark into life!

Delighted and relieved to have an extra week here in Cairo. Nothing would have been produced today otherwise and I would already have my bags packed for the late evening run to the airport. Instead it will be a hamburger across the road with Dd before bed and a good night's sleep.
