BRAND NEW

There were eight brand new ducklings with their mum in the grotty end of the pond in the park, the first babies of the year there, I think. Though oblivious, they were being buzzed by gulls, eyed up by some of the geese and drakes and as I found out last week there are large koi swimming around in that water, so I wonder how many will survive.
