Unseen

Gus in his best sheepdog mode - again - on top of the Helm.  Sue did ask me how many times I have taken this photograph before she wandered off downhill leaving us to it.  Fortunately, the surrogate sheep Rowan did stay with me to keep Gus focussed on his herding duties.  What is it about Rowan that brings out the inner sheepdog in Gus?  Sue suggested we ought to put a fleece on Rowan to make him look like a sheep.  But then Gus would probably just ignore him as he does with real sheep.

Anyway, if there was any doubt about Gus being a blip pin-up, it was dispelled by the choice of image on the Blip blog on 24 April where the new feature was announced.  There was his little yin and yang face looking out at us, though it has to be said his was the runner-up image of the day.  So hopefully that should help to keep his feet on the ground.
