Snow and Strawberries

It's been pretty chilly over the last few days, but today... today we had SNOW! Proper big fat lumps of the stuff. Not for long,  of course, but enough to turn the hills around here white and  send those wee lambs running for cover. They always tell you never to "cast a clout till the may is out",  and it's  not out yet.
While I was sheltering in the supermarket,  I couldn't resist these unseasonable strawberries. They tasted good,  a foretaste of summer...
