Digger going down

This is a little digger (hanging from a crane), a bit like they use for work on roads or building sites.  They crane them up onto the top of the flats so they can dig up the top stories one by one.  When they get to about 10 stories remaining, they crane them back down.  Once they've taken down the scaffolding - which was there to catch any stray rubbish, I think - they bring on the real deal.  We call it 'The dinosaur', although it is really just another machine with a chomping 'mouth' and a really long 'neck'.  This means they should start that phase real soon.
