Is it a dandelion?

We went for a walk to the Wildlife Trust Site near the Lime Quarry in the Chiltern Hills.  We heard a yellowhammer and a willow warbler, plus the usual chiff chaffs but it's getting hard to see the birds now that the trees are bursting forth with their lovely fresh green leaves.

I'm not sure this is a dandelion as they are all still in flower...but I loved the furry appearance of the seed head...if anyone knows what it might be then all suggestions gratefully received.
