Golden

There's so much of this stuff around at the moment, the air is thick with the smell of it, and there's almost a yellow glow in the air on a bright day.
It is ideal for roasting, stir frying, baking and dressings, it's healthy has a delicious nutty taste, half the saturated fat of olive oil, high balanced levels of omega everything and vitamin E as well, according to a bottle of it in my cupboard.
Or you could just feed it to cattle. Anyway there's tons of it round here.
