14th Century Bridge

the old bridge is on the A6 it has been there for 7 centuries, built in the 13th Century  made of sandstone and iron , it has pedestrian refuges and was built for pedestrians and the horse cart,  updated and restored a couple of times the last time in 1922, The present bridge has been there since 1936. and runs along the side of the old bridge.
