Invasion of Leith, part 1

Couldn't help but notice this wee sub had berthed in Leith Docks tonight.

Not often you see foreign servicemen carrying automatic weapons in Scotland, but I guess the docks maybe count as neutral waters.

I've no idea as to the identity of this craft, and the flag being flown is a mystery. Can any Blipper enlighten me?
